I know several of you are going to recommend me changing it to an aftermarket, but I'm keeping the stock one. Anyway, it seems to me it would be a lot simpler to have one long bolt that runs the entire width rather than two little ones whose heads are hidden. Any comments?   Gearheaderiko Posted on Saturday, March 31, 2012 - 01:21 am:        I've used threaded rod before. You cant just run one long bolt and one nut. You'll need a nut and bolt on each side (2 nuts each side if using threaded rod).
