Hello everyone,

I have 02 Blast for slightly over a month as my first bike and already had replaced intake boot, spark plug and speedometer sensor.

This morning the bike would not start. At first speedometer backlight would flicker, rapid clanking noise but starter would not engage. Battery shows 12.6 volts and current about 2.9 Amps. Tried boosting from a car, same rapid clanking noise in engine area and starter does not engage.

Ground wire close to the horn assembly seem to be fine.

Any help is appreciated.
