It comes with the 4 mounting bolts, a set of instructions, and mounting brackets. There are *NO* screws to attach the windshield to the mounting brackets. Condition is fair i would say, there are 2 good dings near the lower left mounting hole and a few good scratches in the viewing are. That said,its totally usable you wont see the dings near the mounting hole while your riding, and the other scratches are not terrible, but you can see them. I dont know what to charge for this, so i'll take any reasonable offer and i'll charge actual shipping charges if you send a zip along with your offer. PM me with the details.
