Finally found someone to trade my red plastics for yellow, but need a flyscreen. Anyone have one? |

There's one on ebay, seems pricey, but in decent shape. You could go with black too, a black flyscreen on a yellow bike would look good. |

Yeah, I saw that one on eBay, I agree, pricey. You're right, black wouldn't look bad, but I think I'd like to keep it all yellow. Hopefully something will turn up Mike |

I've bought 2 sets of yellow and they usually go cheap. Black is most expensive. When I was in urgent need of a yellow flyscreen, I went to the RC model airplane store and bought 6" wide yellow contact paper and made a racing stripe. Very close in colour. |

That's an interesting idea. Can anyone tell me what is the "official" name of the yellow color, my S1 is "spark" red, for example. And would anyone know Buell's part number for this thing, might make searching for one a tad easier, thanks. Mike |

Sunfire yellow pt# M1600.02A7MAL FWIW: AL is the colour code for yellow BA=grape juice W=black BB=Battle Blue AH=bulls eye red Unfortunately the digits or letters after the decimal point changes from year to year, but the basic part number is still the same. This should get you started especially if you have the part number for at least one colour of a particular year (subject to verification. I can only list the part numbers I have) .TM is 2000 .02A7M is 2002 .6A7M is 2005 |
