I did the stock airbox mod, cut of the venturi looking thing on the outside and dremeled the circle so it is even with the lip that holds the filter.

Is this it and done correctly ?

Next question is i ordered the k + n filter for the crankcase breather mod, this is were i get confused where do i route the hose to ?

Also with my jardine exahust, stock air-box mod, and crankcase breather mod

what should i rejet to ? Im 500-800 above sea level....

Is this it and done correctly ? Yes - you could also cut out a part of the filter wall facing the carb as well - inside the airbox - unrestricting even more air - use the K&N.

Next question is i ordered the k + n filter for the crankcase breather mod, this is were i get confused where do i route the hose to ? Outside the airbox - using black duct tape to cover the hole, and nount hose and filter to the hanger that houses the air scoop bolt.

Also with my jardine exahust, stock air-box mod, and crankcase breather mod

what should i rejet to ? Im 500-800 above sea level.... Try 48/175 - if it feels a bit lean on top, go to the 180 main - shim the needle 0.05 or 2 #6 brass machine washers will get you close - hobby stores - Toy Trains, models, crafts, etc. type store - you might have to slot the side carb screw toget it loose -

Hope that helps.

what part of the airbox is the wall facing the carb ?

I dont understand

Also with crankcase mod. I kept the routing of the hose the same except i remove the connection to the airbox and bought some of the same hose and off the t connection i routed it up into my battery area and poped the k and n filter on that. Then keps the end of the hose plugged and in the stock area (clamped to the leg footrest area) is this fine?
