Has anyone tried fitting on a different windshield on a Blast other than the expensive one from Buell? National, Rifle or other aftermarket brands? How did it work out and any pictures? I need one for the Wife's Blast. Thanks! | ||

This may not be much help, but we fitted the Buell windshield on the Blast. We got it for around $75. Not used - but open box. It's a decent, simple little setup. Almost worth the $200. It only takes a couple of minutes to yank it and install the stock flyscreen if you don't mind the mounting bracket and its little alien antenna. I doubt anything aftermarket will work so nicely but keep us informed! -Saro | ||

Sorry Saro but this time I disagree. The Givi series is cheeper and nicer looking - you can see examples in the pic section, if you want full protection the Givi 600 which has about 5 more inches of screen would probably work as well and look about as nice. I've seen a few Memphes shades on Blasts but those usually cost more than the Blast Cruiser shield. There's a lot of nice options out there - Got Thump?! Just Blasting on the Dark side! EZ  |
