Thank you Erik. Not as sweet as another yellow Blast I've seen. Reuel enjoy. I put some plastic washers in between for vibration. Plus I used locktie.

Sold my Blast some time back so I don't have a mounting area to use as a template to make another mounting plate. I may have made a template but don't know until I look for it. If I find it, I'll let you know and then see what I can do.

Can't find a template but the more I think about it, the more I think I did a 'one off' using the bike's existing holes and the 'Harley' helmet lock as the 'template'. Sorry dudes!
It is not hard to make. Just a bit of scrap sheet steel or aluminum and a bit of time cutting and drilling. You know 'measure 4 times cut once'. Just locate the lock mounting holes perpendicular to the bike's existing holes. See the pictures EZ posted for me above.
