WOW . . since the first year a handful of us gathered behind the Quonset hut on Jefferson Street . . . it's always been a special time when the Buell owners make their annual trek. It always flows from a shared collective interest in the motorcycles and quickly ebbs to be one of the most powerfully additive associations of passionate people one can imagine. So many things have changed over the years , , . the crowds have ranged from 6 to nearly 600 but one thing always stays the same . . . . the amazing people, stories and the excitement of folks sharing a passion. This weekend . . I've already pretty well figured out . . .is likely to be one of the most exciting gatherings ever. The excitement in East Troy is off the chart as amazing people are taking on amazing projects, set to raise the bar in the industry. Then there's the racing . . . .In a couple months Mid-Ohio will mark the 1-year anniversary for the EBR 1190RS on a race track. The things Geoff and Danny have accomplished in such a short time are amazing and a fitting reflection of all the less visible faces of folks behind the scene. This . . .even with a spot of rain in here this morning . . . is going to be a spectacular weekend . . and I can't wait to see old friends and meet new ones. Ride hard, lean much, smile more . . . . I reeaaalllly wish i could make the trip again this year but won't happen since i'm preparing for the arrival of my first lil Bueller! I bet it will be a great weekend and can't wait to at least see lots of pictures and stories here! | ||

I hope to be able to make the trip next year. I was a little late this year since I just bought the bike in early March and I am finally just working out some of the bugs. I sounds like everyone has a great time up there and it will give me something to look forward to next year. Court, I could have missed it but did you have to pre-order those homecoming shirts or are they only for those at the homecoming? I really like the shirt and would be interested in trying to get my hands on one. | ||

my wife gives me crap for all the EBR stuff I buy so I didn't pre-order the shirt this time. Wish I would have, that is a sweet shirt! | ||
