Court, not sure if your still passing this info on. in the accessory section for the black forks, they list the Ss suspension settings with the S. my owners manual has a significant difference in settings from the 2 styles. if i'm not mistaken they should have placed the Ss with the STT. matt |

The listed suspension settings are correct as far as I can tell. The guide says 2006-2008 SS as the same as the S, which is true. On 2009 models, the SS and STT would be the same. 2009 SS models come with the black forks already, hence why it and other 09 models are not listed. |

Froggy, the owners manuals for years 2006 through 2008, on Buells website, all list the Ss with a different suspension settings as compared to the S model. the layout of the 2 bikes is different enough to warrant a different set of settings. wheel base, trail, and rake are all different, with the S, SX, and SCG being the same, and the Ss being longer and slightly more relaxed steering. i should also have stated for my 06 Ss.
