CAll their customer service line, get on their facebook page, tweet them, send them letters and alert their stockholders!

This is a VERY shortsighted goal, and HD's long-term health is being shorted by them cancelling BUELL, which is their doorway into the youth market.

MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD!!

John,
I appreciate your hopefulness and suggestion to call HD, and I probably will call them. If I do one of the things I will be saying is that Buell is not only a bike that taps into a younger market, it is a ride that appeals to many older motorcyclists. I'll be 59 in November and I plan to keep riding as long as I can. My wife is well, a bit younger than me and we both ride Buells. Between us we have owned 4 Buells, three of which we still have and use. I have also owned four Harleys and a Honda 400F, what a cool little bike that was! I bet that there are plenty of older riders on Buells out there who own them because of their many desirable qualities, qualities that cut across many market segments from IL4s to ducks to beemers to adventure tourers to sport tourers. So it is not just the younger buyers HD will be losing, it's also all of ultra-savvy ancient riders and every other age group that appreciates what Buell has to offer. So all you Olde Guys, pony up and let HD know you want Buells! I'll be telling them my XT has everything I'm looking for in a bike; excellent handling, plenty of mid-range power and torque, good looks, reliability, a company that stands behind it's product, plenty of luggage capacity, comfort, and best of all the visceral thrill few other bikes can offer.
