1313- Lucky man. Did they have any Murcielagos or "just" the Gallardos? Lambo's are my favorite.

Court,
Yes I got the pics you sent me from NYC. Just been way too busy to respond to the Email. Thanks! They were way COOL!

Most were "just" Gallardos - as far as I could tell. I lost pace with cars once I started playing with motorcycles. But they did have some interesting variations and some unique cars. Unfortunately most of the other pictures were really dark, so hopefully the digitally enhancing I did (OK, really just playing with brightness and contrast...) makes them somewhat presentable.

OK, one was not a Gallardo. This Reventon was quite interesting now that I looked at/translated the placard.

LB 14

LB 15

LB 16

The gist of the placard, loosely translated is:
22 cars produced; 20 pieces available for sale, 1 demo car and 1 car for a museum outside Bologna. 650 hp and 660 Nm torque. The 20 available for sale sold for 1.2 Million Euro when new. This is one of four that were made for Europe.

I sure don't look like I could blow over $1.5 Million on a car, but now I can see why the salesman broke away from the sale he was making to see if I required assistance when I was taking pictures of the Reventon...

If only it would have fit in my luggage ; )

Damn now I am really jealous. Reventon wow not sure on the look but just to see one is awesome due to the extreme rarity.

Awesome Court. I remember reading a while back of a transport guy that took photos of the then unreleased Corvette ZR1, even under hood photos and such. They report that he is no longer in the transporting business.

Man, you guys would probably drown in drool if you could see some of the exotics that come down to"Cars and Coffee" on Saturday mornings in Irvine Center. These events used to be held in the exclusive Crystal Cove area but moved due to popular demand, I've heard.

I've been there about 3 times. Took the Manx once. Sorta felt out of place.

Thanks for sharing. I love that old silver Alfa. It looks like a TZ model. Very Rare.
