At homecoming, Erik or someone in one of the presentation spoke of a Farm tractor manufacture and how they included the service and parts manuals with the tractor purchase. My understanding of his point was they would not put a bike in the field with out the service manual and part manuals in place. I would just like to get the parts on order to make my SS an SST.

That may have been me or Dave Gess. It's John Deere that require the service and parts manuals ride the seat of Job #1 off the end of the line.

I've had all my Buell 2008 manuals for several months now, including the (about the size of the NYC yellow pages) electronics manual. The 1125R manuals should be along presently and were the victim of incorporating input from owners, press and racers into the final version.

Thanks Court. More to the point I am speculating about the the XT specific parts. I am gonna beat that it only the front and rear shock springs. The rest is probably uly parts. If that is true I could begin my quest in earnest.

Oh. . . .ya got me there. I'm not sure when the XT specific manual will be about. Drop me a note, if you are needing a specific parts list or something, and if I can help I will.

A parts list would be fantastic. I am looking for the rear end of the bike and probably the rear shock part numbers, front and rear springs.

Thanks a bunch for your assistance.

Did they relegate the electronics manual to a separate book like HD has?
