We used to have something just like that, but it was a subtopic on the Quick Board. A main topic for all the bickering, bitching and bellyaching might be in order. Good suggestion. We could call it the BadWeB bickering, bitching and bellyaching board or "B5" for short. | ||

Maybe a separate board for track days. Not to discuss track days so much, just a quick listing of tracks having track days with the date, location, contact information, maybe cost, etc. Actually, discussion wouldn't be bad, so long as the first post in each thread gave the above information. | ||

Rockett  pisses me off til i'm ready to scream and there are others , but seems lately without that .... lets just call it the alternate viewpoints , something seems to be missing . | ||

Hey Blake, how about a section in the classifieds just for trades or swapping parts? When I listed my trade only ad, I wasn't sure if it should be a wanted ad or for sale ad.... | ||

Is it possible to archive most of the pics to load? Maybe allow just the last day or week of posts to remain unarchived? The pics sections take a long time to load even with a hi speed connection. I don't need the pics I've already seen to load so I wish those were archived much sooner. Thanks for listenin! | ||

Back to the e-mail notification deal. I have it enabled, and I just posted in the "Andy, I don't need it now, but" thread. I'm going to get e-mails for years. If I disable it for a bit, and re-enable it, will it reset?? | ||

Blake, it's been awhile since I posted something so here is my thought. Can we use the google search to check out all the people that are registered on this website by zip code search? Say my zip is 08041 and if I did a search of 50 miles I would find users in that 50 mile radius. I know we have the "NJ" board but not everyone is on there or goes there on a regular basis. It's just a thought. On a side note you'll be happy to know I haven't crashed in almost 2 years! Thanks for taking the time Chris | ||

Hey Chris, Two hurdles to overcome for a zip code google search of BadWeB to become useful: One is that we currently don't have any records of zip codes, so that would need to be added and given time to mature in the database. Second is that it doesn't appear that google has anything close to a comprehensive record of BadWeB user profiles. An alternative is to use the a google search like this one but inserting the state(s) and city or cities of interest to you. It looks like google only picks up a very few, probably due to upgrades in our server and site security configuration. Maybe you haven't tried our User List utility? See link at bottom of any page. If I were looking for BadWeBrs in New Jersey I'd use the following targeted user listings. List users for State/Province "NJ". List users for State/Province "Jersey". | ||

Blake - could we have an Event/Adventure Section instead of it being lumped in with Storm Fronts? Since local riding groups are separate from events, it would be easier to keep track of upcoming events/adventures in my opinion. Might keep them off of Quick Board as well. | ||

Blake - Some way to keep track of topics that you want to watch would be awesome. Like "bookmarks" or something like that attached to your profile, so if you don't want to rifle through all of the recent posts, you can just go right to the conversation that you want. | ||

Kristi, I've been trying to sequester all the events atop the list of the Storm Fronts page. A separate subtopic there might serve us better though. I'll make it happen. |
