A new track opened up locally (sort of) and they require a back protector. I've got a decent Vanson 1 pc. suit that fits tight. Any suggestions or recommendations?
This is just for the occasional track day, maybe twice a year- I'm no racer.

I had a similar problem but part from losing weight the only solution was new leathers. But, inserting stretch panels in the side of the jacket may help.

Try something like this. It will fit under any leathers and is CE approved, so good for racing. I'm sure you can get KNox armour in the US somewhere.

I wear a Knox Aegis.

If the suit has any sort of factory padding that is removable, take that out and it should fit just fine.
