Way to go , Joe! How long is the white bike? Looks like 64-66" ? Also the rider's weight? Sounds like he must be heavier than you...

Congrats again on the win, better to be lucky than good,at the mo Joe's both.lol.If the sv had let go 1/2mile earlier we would have had an all buell final
Spot on with your guess 66inch it is.And yup I'm a little bit heavier than Joe,probably nearly twice as much 220pounds 100kg.

And I still couldn't get the tyre to stick, lots of wheel spin...last qualifier I nearly took the tree out!

Nige , have you done any suspension work in back? Thats a really long arm , mine sitting at 8" over with stock shock was tough to get hooking.... Half inch too much strap and it just spins so I have to leave it a tad high up front. I run 18 lbs rear, and launch at only 4500. It stands up 6 - 10 " through 1st but feels rock solid, no worries about a full stand up. I would definitely try raising your nose a wee bit ,and see if it helps. I cant wait to see what mine will do with a "drag shock" , but will be closing up this season running stock.

I've put a heavier spring on- off a triumph tiger, don't know poundage- also built in a ride height adjuster when i made the arm.12psi in the tyre.-power one.

I think i'm sitting too far forward, will try sitting back a bit this weekend, not even been close to lifting the front.we've got maybe 3 rwyb plus one round left,so should get plenty of testing in.

Barring rain I will be bracket racing tonight , but with the humidity I'm guessing our corrected altitude will be in the 2000ft range and a fairly strong breeze- so my 9 pass is probably not happening till Saturdays T&T : (
