All these pics I see from mid-ohio show the bike running a different rear wheel. Not the new 1190 rear wheel... whats the deal? is it not light enough? to light?

No where in anything I have rear says they changed the rim. I really would like the new rim for my race bike, just curious why they are not using it on theirs.

There was a Anony post in one thread here that said there aren't enough of the new rear wheels to go around yet- first priority is the 1190RS's that are being sold. Hopefully they'll have enough for Geoff's race bikes pretty quick.
