Thanks Nightmare1, also Erik Buell Racing facebook said he had run second in practice earlier and Erik stated if it rains and evens out their lack of H.P. on a big horsepower track they should do well.........and the weather is approaching as we speak. Showers this evening, tonight and tomorrow for Sheboygan, about 10 miles away. I smell a podium finish. Hoping. Maybe some unfair advantage but it'll even out when they can finally run their 1190RR and kick some butt in perfect track conditions anywhere, like the Pegasus boys are doing in Germany. Stay tuned Erik Buell Racing's on their way. | ||

The 1190RR is not eligible for AMA Superbike, the 1125RR is the bike that is homologated for that class. | ||

Agreed Stormy, but I hoping ahead to when they find someone with a lot of bike interest and money and wants to give Erik a start on production. Wouldn't that be great! He has a lot of new ideas on the drawing board. The 1190RR was just a start. | ||

Hey for once the Buell got some airtime as the "featured" bike. From what was shown, I was very impressed the way the 1125rr stayed with Chris Ulrich, who I believe is leasing an engine form Yosh Suzuki. the Zook didn't appear to be walking away from the Buell on the staights and May was crawling up Ulrich's butt in the corners. Very impressive for a bike that's so down on HP. Great job Erik Buell Racing and Geoff May!!! | ||
