Finally getting around to putting on a K&N filter for my 1125. How ofter do you go between filter cleanings on a track bike?

I haven't done it in over 2 seasons and never had an issue.

Y'know - I'm kinda the same. I've gone a whole season.... however each time I've gone off the track, falling down in the dirt, I'll clean it!

so the rule of thumb is don't go down in the dirt and never have to clean your trackbike k/n....perfect...got it!

I just can't speak for the others but I just have to admit to being lazy.

Cleaning the filter is actually so easy, I SHOULD do it each month since I'm already changing the crankcase oil and the ATF that I use in the primary (for the slipper)
