winter, so now i can only race with my mind and prep for spring.
Question; GPR stabilizer installed, strap (approved one) purchased. So just wondering, roughly, how much help is strapping as far as preventing the bike from standing up? minimal? Noticable?
i know my first few runs will be my usual "no launch" technique of slow clutch slow throttle feed to wot.
i am just curious about getting off the clutch faster and keeping it down...will i be suprised at how well it stays down, or is it just a little help?
my next topic will be rear setup, LoL

Think about it like this. Take a 25lbs weight in your hands and in the standing position bend at the waist holding the weight close to the knee height or so. Now try jump in this position, now try the same body position without the weight and then jump. You should the difference.
Hope this might help

as long as it took me to get used to it...and everyone kept tellin me.....on my 2000 m2 with like a 64" wheelbase and shinko with a 91" s&s i would hold mine at about 6,000 and dump it....when i slip it, it will wheelie.....when i dump it ( with the right air pressure!!!! ) it just goes or spins :-) start with high air pressure and work your way down...better to spin then flip over lol....

PS my bike leaves much better with the strap pulled down
