Hard to tell, but it seems to have an airbox poking up the middle, and frame that just might hold fuel.

The exhaust appears to be mostly underslung as well.

Not sure about fuel in frame, but the exhaust in not going to finish under the frame. That is a 4 to 2 to 1 collector. I am going to assume that it will rout up under the seat. It doesn't look like fuel in fame. I am betting that it will have a tank over the airbox.

Fuel tank looks like it will still be mounted on top, plenty of real estate to make that work. The exhaust will probably come up out the sides like every other 600cc bike, the under tail routing will be too close to the piggyback canister on the rear shock.

But we'll see. Should be an AWESOME class to race.

I would imagne that the new moto2 bikes will follow current MotoGP/Superbike technology and have the fuel tank behind the airbox and under the seat. This keeps weight low and central.

The exhaust pictured is unfinished and will probably be a left side exit similar to the current Yamaha M1 that the team currently run in MotoGP. Most of the Moto2 bikes I have seen so far have been very 'traditional' and conservative, and nobody seems ready to embrace any new suspension or steering systems even though they have a blank sheet of paper. This frame looks very similar to the billet aluminium Harris Moto2 frame in the Promoracing bike and several other Moto2 frames I have seen.

Racing on the world scale is a conservative business. In a new class I would be suprised to see something that is wildly different. Even a Buell is a twin spar frame with a conventional base design and suspension. I think that Moto2 is not going to be the wild crazy experimantal class lots of people were hoping for. Look at MotoGP. Most of the fame desings there are very similar. There isn't a ton of crazy stuff going on in the base design.

No fuel in the frame, it looks like it is ducting air through it.

I think Matt is correct. Ben's WSBK bike had the fuel under the seat to allow for a larger airbox.

I'd bet the moto2 setup might be something similar.
