Got any pics? Not much coming up in a search.

I'm looking to switch from the Sebimoto full fairing to just a belly pan and it looks like its going to take some cutting to get this to fit.

Oh - this is for an XB

My teammate, Troy Walbaum, runs a Micron with the Buell belly pan. To my knowledge there was very little trimming to make it work.

Maybe these pics will help...

Thanks that helps. Doesn't look too different from the pics of it mounted with the the Buell race exhaust.

I run that combo. I little trimming for
the outlets, that was about it. The factory
belly pan that I have is wider than the stock chin fairing mounts and I did not want to squeeze the sides together and have it crack, so I added some spacers to the mounts on the Micron. The loop for the rear mount was made from aluminum and has held up well. It only lacks some 1/4 turn hardware. Have a look.

Thanks for the pics! I like the rear mount you've got - is that using well nuts? - Great idea. I was thinking i'd fab some rear mount brackets that are held by the bolts that hold the rear exhaust mount to the engine but I'll have to rethink that. I've got some trimming to do around the header as the pan is jammed against the front wheel as is.

Yes well nuts (dont ever use loctite on em )
I put black tape over all the screws to keep
them in. All the other mounting points are
crimp nuts in the Micron brackets. The slider
by the shifter is there to protect the shift
mount in the primary. I have seen a few
covers where the mount is broken off in
a crash. I have not had the misfortune of
testing it, as I seem to prefer falling on
the right side. (see cam cover slider).
I made it myself from some plastic,
I cannot remember what kind. I made the cam slider
as well, and that works pretty good !
Best of luck, if you need dimensions I can post them.
