Does anyone know what it takes to get into the Buell bleachers in turn 4 at Indianapolis? Is it a "flash your Buell key and get in" type of thing? Is it only for sweepstakes winners?

Yes, that. The little blue square at the top labeled "Buell bleachers" that isn't mentioned anywhere else on the page.
