Greetings all, I can't believe the first race of the season, not counting Daytona, is just around the corner!! I'm hoping to get there and have been thrashing on the bike to get it ready. Fired it up today for the first time in over a month, it really made me grin! Silver Eagle HD/Buell is sponsoring a dyno shootout next weekend so I'm taking it out to get a baseline, if I can get a few more miles on the 1125R I'll take them both. There is a glitch, though. If my shot putter or 4x100 relay team qualifies for the Drake Relays in Des Moines, I'll have to miss Topeka. Either way I'll be involved in some form of racing that weekend!! Best of luck, Schmitty! My 4x100 meter relay team did qualify for the Drake Relays so I'll miss the Topeka round. I'm pretty sure another Waterloo Bueller, Troy Walbaum, will be there racing in his first race of his rookie season. He'll be on a black XB12R, #143 | ||

Good luck Ben and good luck Ralph to your relay team. Wish I could make it to HPT, but too many other responsibilities. I'm not exactly sure how many races I will run this year. Too early to tell. Hopefully all the Blackhawks and Road America. | ||

Rocketsprink, I'll see you at the first Blackhawk double points race in May. I've decided to race Lightweight SuperSport for sure in both GP and MW regions so I'll only be racing at BHF on Sundays. I'll definately be at Road America, too!! |
