I see James Gang ended up 5th in their class. Not the finish they were hoping for I'm sure, but a great showing none the less! They'll be at the Moto-ST race during Homecoming. Time for all the Buell fans to show some support! |

Be great if James Gang and Richie Morris Racing would post up here with their take on the race(s). I heard RMR had brake trouble at the start, lost three laps, otherwise they probably would have won it. Hope they can share with us how it went. |

For JGR #70 I'll get back tonite, back to work first. MotoST staged another good event, VIR next. The VIR event is a combined car event too. Check the website www.moto-st.com for complete race coverage. (Message edited by coolice on April 16, 2007) |

XB9- Our race weekend went well, sort of. Friday and Saturday practices we worked on setup (gearing/suspension) and Paul/Jeff getting comfortable with the track. Went back to the garage and we prepped the bike for race. Race started good, we did our first stop/rider/fuel, all good. Stayed in the front and lead a few laps in the GST class. On our second stop/rider/fuel slight bobble with rear stand, bike slid off one side. Cost us a few seconds. With Jeff on the bike he came off the last turn on to the front straight and hit a cone marking the outside of the corner. That took the front rotor out. he had no front brake and saved a gravel trap ride to get back to the pit. We tried to adjust but had to come in and change front wheel/rotor. And that set us back. Paul rode hard to regain 5th and almost caught 4th as he crossed the finish line. Overall the weekend went well, the end result was not what we had set our goal for. With VIR in 10 days, lots to prep and do it again. Thanks for asking and if you can make any of the MOTO-ST races please find us in the pits, it always good to met/see Badweb people at the races |

Coolice - thanks for the recap, it's great to hear what was happening. Tough luck on the cone thing - wouldn't think that would be enough to tweak the rotor but i've seen stranger things happen... Good luck on the next round! I might see you guys up at Road America. |
