from RoadRacing World's excellent site: --------------------------------------------- Feb 14, 2007 From a press release issued by Richie Morris Racing: Richie Morris Racing will field a Buell XB12 in the upcoming Moto-ST event at Daytona. The bike will be sponsored by Daytona Harley Davidson Buell. Shawn Higbee and Dan Bilansky will be the riders. Higbee is sponsored by Bartels and New Castle Harley Davidson Buell. Bilansky is sponsored by Hals Harley Davidson Buell. “I took a year off from the track to get my leg and back straightened out. Now all is good and it will be great to be back. I am very fortunate to have 2 riders with the talent and experience that my guys have. Dan is the current Thunderbike national champion and everyone knows what Shawn is capable of doing. So I feel we will be very competitive.” Says Morris | ||

Awesome to hear Shawn back on a bike after a bad get off at Daytona 2 years ago that left his hand in terrible condition. Glad to see him ride again. | ||

OK, then it is the same time as ASRA/CCS. I will be there...cool. This is going to be fun! I can't freakin' wait to get down there in some warm air, with all my motorcycle enthusiast friends, and watch some serious racing!  jimidan |
