Hey,
My son and I are looking at riding down for the Moto GP this year and will be getting tickets first thing on Wed. Can anyone give me some advice as to whether the Reserved Grandstand Seating at Turn 4 or 11 is worth the extra money ? How about the special motorcycle parking for $50 ?

I have already got reservations for a hotel, which wasn't easy to find, and we are getting pretty excited about the trip down and watching the bikes.

Thanks for any input.
Ron,
Ulysses in Seattle

I'll have to settle for Road America (and Homecoming) again in 2007.

I had a great time at the 2006 homecoming thanks to many of the members of this board,
Not to mention the BMC staff and Erik himself. (Great discussion on Saturday)

Kyle is trying to talk his Mother out of taking "his" spot in 07.

Admission to the ALL AMA race in September is very reasonable at $45.00....$235 for Flagroom , $50 for parade laps..(MJ said it's too hopefully weed out the idiots that crash every year) and $20 for moto parking.$90 for 3 days camping.....so staying at the Corkscrew will save you money!!Don't think we'll be bringing the Loveshack due to the cost of gas and JJ's lack of vacation time, however if there's enough interest that could change.....Get you tickets at Laguna-Seca.com.....see ya there!!
