So, I'm relatively new to the motorcycling world, and brand new to motorcycle racing (just a fan here, not a racer). There are so many different classes, it's enough to make my head spin. From what I've gathered, the class for production Buells is the thunderbike class. Is that correct? I'd love to see races of the same bikes I've grown to love on the streets.

Does anyone know of a site that has race footage of this class?

Thanks,
-Heath

Thunderbike is pretty much the best bet. Buells also qualify in other classes, but Thunderbike is where the playing field is most even.

The Buells also qualify for (in CCS/ASRA): Lightweight GP (LWGP), GT-Lights, Lightweight Supersport (LWSS),
Lightweight Superbike (LWSB), & Super Twins

The XBRRs may be run with middleweights in some cases as well as Super Twins and the team/solo challenge in
CCS/ASRA, as well as AMA formula Extreme.

In other racing organizations the classes and rules will be different.

We have onboard footage from Jeff's win in Daytona last weekend.

Now, who would know how to upload that tape onto internet? We could get a copy to whomever would want to do it. We have on board video from just about every track we race.

We also have some good video following the likes of Tripp Nobles, Dave Estok, Mike Ciccatto and more I believe. We always try to do early in the weekend so we can focus on Sundays race without all the hook-ups.

Just happened our first race we went out and won and had video to prove it!

If anyone can do and this site could support it somehow I would be more than happy to get it to you!

Hobanbrothers,

Get a google video account. It is free and lets you have decent resolutions. It's worked great for us : D.
