For those that race on an XL engine, what type of work do you do to prep the transmission? Backcut? Reverse Shifter? Baker Shift Kit?

Are we talking road race or--??
Sloppy, you have a tube framer??At least looking at your profile, that is. Baker Shift kit will smooth shifting.GP style seems to work well for some folks.

Neb,I seem to remember Pingel makes a set-up for the XB.If we are talking electric or air/electric---

I just finished a full season on my m2.
Stock tranny.
Banke shifter, and home made relocaters.
All worked great.
Had to replace the shifter shaft once due to bending, the ground was hard I guess.
