CCS THUNDERBIKE EXPERT:

1. Dan Bilansky (Buell XB-12R);
2. Stephane Mertens (BMW 1200);
3. Brian Parriott (BMW 1200);
4. Dave Estok (Buell XB-12R);
5. Bryan Bemisderfer (Buell XB-12R);
6. Brett Guyer (Duc 1000SS).

Congratulation Dan, Dave, and Bryan!

Congratulations too to Buell XB12R racer James Delk Jr. for his podium 3rd place finish in the Thunderbike Amateur race and his 4th place in GTL Amateur.

Our own mutant racer Anthony Caligiuri fought the good fight for a 6th place in Thunderbike Amateur. Keep up the good fight mutant man! : D

Jeff Johnson took his Buell XB12R to a win in LW F40 Expert. Way to go old young man! : D

Thomas Michaels fought on his XB12R for his 2nd place finish in LW F40 Amateur. Way to go Thomas! : )

Paul James, Buell PR man extraordinaire, scorched the high banks amid an umprecedented mix of machinery including a pack of marauding BMW's, some Ducs, the always present swarm of hot-rod SV650's and a Bimota to finish 4th, just off the podium in the GTL Expert race.

PS: Big props to Ducati 999R racer, Doug Polen, for putting a whoopin' on all the IL4 UL SBK competition!

Cool group of bikes in the top! Nice variety. Too bad we don't have a Guzzi and a triumph in there

Condolences for sure to Dave Estok who all but had the ASRA Thunderbike Championship in the bag. Only a finish out of the points was enough to cost him the championship and lady luck was not looking kindly upon him at Daytona yesterday when his trusty Veach Motorsports Buell XB12R got knocked out of the race at lap one. Thanks for the great effort and all the great finishes this year Dave!

The ASRA Thunderbike race was probably the most exciting (for a spectator) race of the weekend. Dan Bilansky and Nate Kern were swapping the lead back and forth throughout the entire race.

Dave, they also forgot to list Hals as a sponsor of Bilansky. I don't think ya could mistake all the HALS logos all over his bike, and leathers... : )

Sorry Dave,

Depending on the order the people who record them at CCS/ASRA will depend how many of them you see and in what order. We have many sponsors and at times some get left out when the girls do not want to type any more in??

But do not fret, you were well represented. Everything was fresh on the bike and you will be getting nice photo's soon.

Jeff made sure he got Appleton in the acceptance speech for the National Championship in Formula 40.

Richard Chambers announced your name for quite a while when Jeff was about 10 seconds out in the lead in that race.

I can bring the bike and the trophies up for your sale this coming week?

What else can we do to make it up to you?

no you can not ride it

until next year...

This was such a great learning experience this year with me & Anthony. Now with the XBRR (and hopefully a white plate) we'll really start to turn some laps.

Thanks to everyone that helped & supported us this season. It was a long & exhausting season, yet rewarding, too!

Anybody else recall when Buell tried to give those shirts away and couldn't? Local dealer took to selling them for $1.00

Got added to my never been worn collection of historic Buell shirts....the collection which routinely threatens my domestic bliss and, in consideration thereof, has been relegated to vacuum bags.
