I'm working hard to get my recently acquired XB12R race prepped for the Blackhawk Farms race in September, my first race.

I worked this afternoon with the air grinder opening up the belly pan for the race muffler outlets, probably spent too much time on it, actually!

Anyway, does anyone have suggestions on how to attach it to the chassis? I can use the two side mount bolt bosses but I'm curious as to how to attach the rear of the pan.

Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions!!

I forgot to mention that it is the Buell race belly pan I'm working with, not the Hal's full bodywork pieces.

check with coolice on this board - he made a super cool mounting system that has held up well. that what i use with mine.

i originally tried to reuse bolts, but that wasnt a terribly durable solution.
