Char,
After installation, find it in start/programs/irfanview
Use it to open your .BMPs. Use Image/resize to shrink them to 640x480 (or so) then use "Save as" and change the file type to .jpg.
to crop, use the mouse to draw a square (right click to start and end) then hit edit crop.
To shrink the file size, when you "Save As" after choosing .jpg, hit options and move the quality line. I stick about 75. |

Yep, Brent has one of the most cherry bikes I've seen. Very meticulous. Wish I could locate his posts from earlier this year where he detailed every step of it's makeover. I still want to know, where the hell is his headlight? Does he have a night vision visor on his helmet? |
