Hello All, I'm away from my service manual and I need the procedure(s) to remove and reinstall my rear wheel on my Uly. Could someone type out the steps or maybe upload pics of the couple of pages in the manual. Perhaps PM, text, or email that info. I could do this without the manual but I'm concerned about the torquing sequence of the axle nut. If my memory serves me right, there is a "seating" torque, then back off, then a final torque. Thanks for the help! |

You are right about the seating. Tighten the axle to 25 Ft lbs, back off two turns, then tighten again but to 50 ft lbs. |

One other tip: Before you pull it out, compress the rear brake caliper's piston to make it more easy to get it back together. This way, you don't need to unmount the caliper. |

I like to rotate the rear wheel after the initial 25ft/lbs torque to make sure the bearings are aligned. YMMV, but why not? |
