Can I use Tuner Pro to safely write to an IDS ECM? The cold idle is a bit too high and puts the bike right into the zone where the engine mounts seem least effective at isolating vibrations. I read the xpr file with Tuner Pro and found that the cold idle starts at 1750 rpm and gradually declines during warm-up. I'd like to drop the initial idle speed to about 1500 and proportionally taper the warm-up steps but I don't want to brick the ECM.
