Who holds the record on here and how many miles?

I've just been reading a thread on a Husqvarna Nuda 900 board and some bloke has done 67,000 miles with no issues whatsoever. He didn't even change his plugs until 61,000 miles and hasn't had to do any shims.

I'd be surprised if any Ulysses has a similar record of trouble-free running.

I certainly don't and am stuck at 94,000 while I save my pennies for new tires and wheel bearings.
There's at least one fellow with over 105,000 that I know of.
Trouble free? Pretty much for the first 35,000. I think I had to slob the front spark plug boot with dielectric grease to keep from shorting out in the rain and install different pads for front brake pulse issues due to Nissin deposits.

There was one for sale on here a few years ago and it was approaching 100,000. The guy was asking $1500. It had race ecm and race pipe. The mileage scared me off but I wish I had bought it now.

It would be interesting to read what a 100,000 miler has had done to it in excess of the usual maintenance.

Jeff Robey bought one some time ago that had 143,000 mikes on it. Mine has 74,000 on it.

Figor,
I'd have bought it just to be the one to roll it past 100,000.

I'll be doing a write up soon enough.
With any luck new tires and wheel bearings will be in place next weekend and then it's back on the road.

They seem durable engines.

06 with 110,000 miles. Still runs great. Had a few issues along the way but nothing any other motorcycle wouldn't have run into.
Search for my writeup on it.

I feel like I am still a long ways off with just 30,500 miles on my 2006. These engines seem to be fairly reliable if they aren't ridden extremely hard (revved out constantly) and maintained. Electrical issues, wheel bearings, and other wear items seem to be majority of the concerns. Although you will have that with any bike. I hope to keep mine until it reaches at least 50,000+ before thinking of a replacement.

Thanks Reep

Ulygan, 50,000 is a cake walk for these things. I didn't have any real issues until about 80,000.

What happened at 80,000?

5th gear drive assembly as I recall. it can happen if your belt is to tight, or just from wear. It does require splitting the cases to fix it.
