Hey guys! I am the new proud owner of an 08 XT. I bought it over the weekend and am loving it! I have to say a big thank you to all of you here on BadWeb. This forum has allowed me to make this purchase with confidence. I was skeptical of Buell and their quirkiness, parts availability, blah, blah,blah. You guys changed my mind. This forum and its members are a model of what the motorcycling community should look like. I am proud to be a new member of the "Blue Key" fraternity.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys! Having never ridden a Buell before I was super impressed by how smooth it was. I think I'm going to have a ton of fun on this bike! Maybe y'all can help me out. The previous owner crimpped the exhaust valve actuator cable underneath the airbox cover. I am looking for a new cable. Does anybody have one they want to get rid of? Or do you know a part number for it? Thanks.

Congratulations !!! I bought mine 2 weeks ago and all my other bikes are getting nervous. These bikes have it all and I'm starting to think I don't need the roadking, Cyclone, sportster and dirtbike. LOL

Sparky 494 if you look in the classified section, you'll find guys selling parts. One guy in particular is busting down a xb12ss and he wrote me an email a few days ago that he still had all those parts. If not eBay is pretty good. You'll see St. Paul's Harley selling a lot of Buell stuff. Lance is the guy to talk to. He has stocked up on a lot of parts.
