I would snap that up quicker than you could say, 'shut up and take my money!'

+1. I'd love to have a decent City Cross.

Looks like it has the Buell Race Pipe too! Excellent bike for a great price.

My first Buell was that same setup. Loved it long......'till the Uly came out!

Four things the Uly fixed for me that the SX did not have..... big hard luggage, two up for larger people, straightened out knee position, and larger fuel capacity(180+ miles before fuel light vs 130+ for the SX).

Other than these things I really enjoyed that City-X while out running one up and staying local!

Had one (same year, same color) and loved it. That bike in that chassis is a real sweet spot in the history of motorcycles. You loose the grunt of the 12 motor, but the howl of that twin through a cut up inner airbox at 7200 RPM more than makes up for it.

A very reliable bike too.

The price isn't crazy low, but that's because the bike isn't appreciated and all used bike prices are so low, not because it's not worth $2500 all day long.

I always liked the CityX. I was looking for a 2009 for a long time (because I can't stand that big, bright silver frame on the earlier bikes) to have as a runabout with a more sane seat height.

At $2500, that is a pretty good deal. Heck, just about any bike of that condition, size and vintage is worth at least that much.

The 2009/2010 model with black frame, translucent blue plastics, and blue wheels is a sharp motorcycle.

Yes, sir. It looks so much better than the silver-framed, bright engine models that it is hard to believe it is the same bike.
