Not on the Uly, but the Cycle Electric CE-605 is a nice upgrade commonly used on the 1125s to replace defective stock units.

Yes sir I did on my ole 06,along with cycle electrics stator,seemed to fix all my electrical woes with that bike,

BTW that reg. is a big hunk of metal,I still have pics of how I mounted it,if you need ideas,Indybuell bought the bike,I heard from him this summer and it was still going good

It's still rocking strong. I had a kickstand bolt shear on me last weekend. The electrical is stout.

Indybuell. I drilled and tapped up to 7/16-14 bolts on the kickstand bolts.
