After rotating my engine to replace the throttle shaft...I went to go for a test ride to find my clutch slipping...Readjusted it according to the manual ...6 times...and still somethings not right...now...when i let the clutch lever out...The bike doesnt move but its making some nasty screeching noises. Any ideas what i might be doing wrong here? This things got me ready to pull whats left of my hair out.

Check your belt drive. Not sure what procedures are required re: the belt for an engine rotation, but I can only imagine they tweak the belt-pulley alignment...

Belt dries fine...I also just changed front and rear tires and brakes. The bike rolls fine ...sounds fine at idle but when i let the clutch out it just shreaks and doesn't move...almost like the plates aren't making enough contact for friction...just enough to make noise...and what a god aweful noise...and the hell of it is...it wasn't doing it until i tried adjusting the clutch...which i did exactly as the manual says...i dont get it???

Um, you did go CCW to snug then CW 1/4? I hope you don't have the same problem some others had with the cover. Just to be sure, take the adjusting cover back off and make sure the land that the release mechanism rides in is still intact. Good luck.

It could be possible that the bearing from the clutch hub is going south.

Have a look on this, (almost below on the page)
