I'm looking for a good tank bag for my Uly. I've had her a year now, and really starting to ride it a lot. I'd like something that I can stick my wallet, housekeys, and have the screen of my phone display visible. Anyone have one that they love and would recommend?

I love this one...great size, about 2 liters. Not water proofhttp://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005HEJ15E/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Chase-Harper did right by me.

Bought my bag used, it was missing the straps had to invent new straps.
The buckles on the bag would not mate with any buckles I could find.
E-mailed Chase-Harper and tried to buy bastard buckles that would mate with the existing ones on the bag, instead they had me return the bag to them and they added standard buckles, gratis.

Service does not get better than that

p.s.: The Chase-Harper bag is VERY waterproof. Getting sunfaded now but I still like it

I would look for a Buell tank bag on eBay or classifieds. Have one on my Ulysses and love it.

How much for the Golden?

That's VERY cool about Chase-Harper.

Giant Loop Fandango Pro, waterproof, simple and well built, I have a post somewhere here with photos on my 08 XT. A little pricey but in my opinion worth it !http://giantloopmoto.com/products/fandango-tank-ba g-pro/

I use a Cortech, I think it is about an 8 liter, Super Series (incl. cover). Perfect size for the essentials, mounts tight and easily. Looks good too!
