What's the best way to remove the heated grips - can it be done so as to reuse the grips? Foot slipped when I lifted FLHT to raise kickstand, fell onto Uly and it tipped over, bent handle bar, broke turn signal, windshield and scratched wind screen. Never get on a bike before coffee in the AM.

The left grip is screwed to the handlebar, peel it back near the turn signal switch to expose the screw. Right grip is part of the throttle tube.

Welcome to the best place for Buelligans.

The grips do not have to be purchased as a pair either. You can do one side or the other, but they do not interchange.
