That is a good find...a little pricey but I paid the same for my '07 with only 3 miles. The '08 upgrades and the luggage would make it worth it. It is listed as a 12X...but it looks like a 12XT. Maybe they just removed the beak. Hard to tell from the pictures if it sits lower or not. | ||

Uh oh. only 200 miles before the front cable stay thing breaks and allows the clutch cable to burn on the exhaust. At least that's how long mine lasted. | ||

Bought it today, for $5200. Genuine mileage, the bags have a few 'garage rash' scuffs from being stored for the last 5 years. Oil was changed annually and run periodically. Runs and drives like new. Just needs a good bath and a new battery. It is an XT, which was what I was looking for. It has a reworked seat with a gel insert. I'd like to find a stock one. Also, I'd like to get an 'X' front fender. My 5th Uly, and I think this one is a keeper. Any recommendations for a battery? | ||

Congrats on the purchase. I'll never figure these guys that buy a new bike, spend thousands farkling it, and then put next-to-no miles on it and sell it. I guess they like wrenching more than they like riding? | ||
