Author Message   Whisperstealth Posted on Saturday, May 03, 2014 - 02:41 pm:        I broke the bottom Heim joint on my shift linkage, and was hoping somebody would know the size. I have the parts catalog and know it is a male left hand thread, but the catalog does not list size. I am trying to source one cheaper than HD wants to charge. I think it is a 3/16" but not sure. In the process of taking the shifter assembly off the bike I broke off the bolt that holds the upper Heim joint to the engine lever. I tried to drill it out, but only ended up ruining the threads. - Anybody have a spare engine lever they would like to sell? Thanks for any help!
