My front isolater is bad. Anybody with experience changing this out? Any tips/tricks/advice? Does the engine have to be rotated?

Thanks for any help : )

Doesn't have to be rotated, but put a jack under it to wiggle it around when replacing the isolator. As I recall you can align it by raising/lowering the jack. When I did mine it took some time to get everything lined up. I used anti-sieze on the bolt. Definitely don't want to cross thread it.

I used a rear wheel stand, then secured the forks from above (cherry picker, rafters, whatever). Then used a jack under the muffler. Put a slight amount of pressure with the jack, removed bolt, applied anti-seize to the new bolt and carefully threaded it in. Adjusted height by jack as necessary.

Thanks for the advice! This sounds like something I can tackle myself or with some help from a friend of mine.

Seems I'm at that stage where parts are starting to go bad on me.... My gas mileage has really dropped, and I've heard it could be my O2 sensor.
