Hi, I'm looking for some help with Memphis Shades Lowers for my Buell Ulysses. Can someone give me the part #"s for the lowers and mounting hardware or what model of motorcycle will fit the Buell? Thanks

is there a simple mod to bring those turn signals in closer to the fork? they look like something on an insect or sea creature.

Sorry Britchri10 but I did look at my old post I put on the other thread. I didn't want to rob that thread so that's why I posted a new one. Maybe I missed something but I didn't see the info on part #'s or model/yr to order for a Buell. I will look again. Thanks

I bought a set of clear MS Lowers but when I held them up to the stock XT windshield, they did not match at all, too clear. I sent those back and got the solar tint Lowers, which are not smoke colored but just slightly tinted. They match the stock windshield better but may be just a little darker. Oh well, I guess they don't make any to match exactly. Probably should have just got the smoke colored ones instead of trying to match anything.

I have not had time to mount them yet but hope I can get them done before riding season. Thanks.

Yes you remove the turn signals and reinstall them with the spacer inside the mounting area.

Thanks, guess I could have gone to garage and checked it out but that's painful with all the snow out there.

I found that the nuts for lamps work on the turn signal stalks. So I eliminated the spacers.

I'm guessing Buell put the signals way out there to make them more noticeable and thus safer as they can be seen easier by oncoming traffic? I would guess they would be harder to see if they are closer to the headlight, which can cause glare. I thought about moving mine in but have found it is hard enough to stay alive on a bike nowadays....
