If there is anyone with the touratech headlamp protector could you please post some pictures.

I believe the factory protector has to be removed so it will fit. I was wondering if the touratech can be modified to accomodate the stock protector.

The factory protector is a styley thing that wouldn't protect against anything at all.
I tore mine off early on in ownership because I wanted to get the bugs off of my headlights.

I'm saying this because if you get an ACTUAL protector, the old one can go right in the bin.

I know, its just I like the aggressive look the factory protector gives amd want to retain it.

You can't fit the Touratech headlamp protector with the wire grill in place - - its kind of an "either - or" option. . .

I guess it could fabbed to fit, but not worth my efforts. FWIW, I only mount the Touratech protector when I plan for a off pavement trip, 95% of the time I run the wire grill guard.
