With my brother picking up a Uly he's talking about riding some Jeep trails in Colorado. I was sending him some of my pictures showing road/trail conditions and found this picture. In the forefront you can see some mud, but not bad, but on the left side you can see the road zig zag up the mountain. Unfortunately that part of the road was closed at the time, but it looks like a challenge for the future!

There's definitely no shortage of these types of roads here in colorful Colorado!

This reminds me of some roads we ventured on last week in the truck, albeit lower elevation than this pass. Despite four wheel drive and traction control, when we met oncoming traffic, we started sliding sideways towards the edge of the road ! Pucker moment indeed!

It was creepy enough in a cage. I realized I don't have the constitution to ride an unpaved road like this on two wheels, for sure not in pig snot slippery mucky stuff!

BeLinda, When you escape the bike by letting go, it is free to pig snot slip down the mountain. When the car you're belted and locked in to becomes a Volusia County fair ride to the scene of the accident and rescue, tha's a different story. I know, "thanks Jake for stating the obvious."

Maybe this should be the reason why you guys add a couple of anvil-reliable 250-450cc dual sports of your choice for this type of duty. One for you, one for Greg and maybe a 125cc for you-know-who...
