I changed the fuel maps on a friends bike because it was way rich, but upon looking his AFV was 63 so i reset it to 100 he did a small ride 2-3 miles and was back to 70 how can it be blocked to 100? (with ecm-spy)

Thanks.

Are you at a high altitude?

Just turn the O2 sensor off and reset to 100, but that is a bandage, not a fix for the issue.

Close to sea level, so Froggy you suggest the problem could be on te O2 sensor? I remember reading some where that the AFV could be blocked to 100, maybe where it shows 150 and 60 put both to 100?

Yea you can do 100/100 there, but I've always done the turn O2 off thing as it is a few less key presses, but same result.

There are multiple causes of it trying to run leaner. Failing sensors or incorrect fuel mapping are the first two that I think of.

Edit: I just reread your first post, I would suspect the fuel mapping changes are too rich, and the bike is leaning out.

the bike is running a K&N and a Race exhaust, the ecm is a stock one, and all comes from his fuel pump was dying and some one enriched them maps, now the fuel pump was changed and he told me bike was way to rich, when i put the stock maps bike woulden't hold the revs and engine would cut off, so i checked the AFV and that is when i saw the 63.

Did he install an OEM fuel pump; excessive fuel pressure might cause a rich condition.

First thing to look at is the engine temp sensor, if it reads low it adds a ton of fuel.
Got a screen shot of his maps?
