Good luck

if it has an application on an HD you might wanna post up on an 'HD/sportster forum' and poll a larger audience.

and i agree that $240 is pretty steep for such a specific tool.
if you can't make it yourself or use other tools to get the same job done; it might be cheaper to pay the $70 some an hour for a certified HD tech to pull and install the new bearing instead of buying the tool.

... especially if you meet them at a bar and buy them a round.

I don't have one unfortunately.

Just double checking, but are you sure you need it? If you just want to get into the primary (to replace a stator for example), you don't have to take apart the clutch assembly, it comes off as a unit along with the primary chain and the stator bell.

I'm not saying nobody ever needs to take a clutch apart, but credit where credit is due... in over 100k on three different Buells, I have yet to have a clutch need to be taken apart. I don't know how they do it, but those Harley clutches seem near supernatural in their strength and durability.

I'm up in Lebanon and I have the "broken stud drill guide" if you ever need one of those... I also have a spare 07 XB cam position sensor if you ever need to swap one of those out for testing.

Oh, and while I haven't had them do any work for me, Aces and Eights / Powder Keg / whatever the hell they call themselves now up by Kings Island at least has a parts guy that speaks Buell and respects Buells...

I don't have that one either ... sorry. I do have the clutch spring compressor tool (somewhere) if you end up needing that. I am just a couple of minutes away from Kings Island. I have used Powder Keg Harley for a couple of things. The're not cheap but I have no complaints with the work or turnaround time. They actually fit me in a couple of times (2 different bikes) over the course of a week prior to a trip ... of course I had already pulled off the stuff I needed help with.
