Ok, time for me to get a move and install the Micron, so after rotating the engine, i was wondering is wich is the best way to get to the rear header, hook up the rear end, remove the suspension and remove the fan and work from in there? any suggestion about this?

Thanks,

You lost me, what do you mean by "get to the rear header"? Once you have the engine rotated down the header is accessible just below the frame. I was just there having to drill out a broken stud on mine. Maybe this needs a little more explanation?

Al Lighton at American Sport Bike has a good list of tips for rotating the engine and installing/replacing the headers that he will send you if you ask for it.

Al was a big help with my project.

I am very visual so I got his notes and then started adding some pics that I found in various other threads. If you want my version send me a PM and I'll send you my Word doc with pics.

The engine really doesn't have to come down that far to get the headers off. Al's notes were great for helping me to get that far. It was helpful because they only referenced the things that truly needed to be disconnected as opposed to the manual which tells you to pull off everything. You'll understand more of what I mean by that if you go through my current thread above.
