Did a bit of semi-off road with the Uly earlier today.

Noticed that the rear brake was just along for the ride.

Other than the spending Al $400 for a wave rotor and Brembo Upgrade, are there other options?

Super soft rear pad?

Down hill on the big Uly was a tad bit "dicey" as my Aussie Lads say. Front started to wash out rear was NO help.

Engine braking and judicial use of the front brake got us down the hill.

Suggestions are welcomed and appreciated.

Regards

I use EBC on the front but I like Lyndall's on the back. Definitely increased stopping power.

This bike needs sintered pads front and rear. A set of sintered EBC pads on the rear will fix all your problems. Great power, control and feel. I have found sintered SBS pads are even better than EBC pads on this bike but are very hard to find here.

Any part numbers?
